Bruce was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from chiropractic college in 1982. In 1984 he moved to Quincy and reopened a small town chiropractic practice which he operated until 2015. In 1991 Bruce and his wife Linda made the move from Quincy to Cromberg. After retiring from his practice in 2015, Bruce worked at Plumas Pines Golf Resort for an additional 5 years. He fully retired in 2021.
He is an avid golfer, likes to hike with his wife, Linda, and their dog Buddy, and enjoys spending time working on their property in Cromberg, cutting firewood, improving the property and just enjoying the quiet of Long Valley and Cromberg. Bruce wanted to give back to his community and volunteered to be a Board member of the Long Valley Community Services District in June, 2022.
